Server failure fixed 31/03/2012

We have now resolved the issue with one of our servers from earlier today. The problem was fixed at around 4.00pm BST and we are now confident that normal service has been resumed. Apologies to those affected, can you please use the "Contact Us" form on our website if you require a refund.

Server problem 31/03/2012

We currently have a problem with an Authentication server that is causing usernames and passwords not to be recognised. This is affecting new subscribers and a few existing mobile device service subscribers.
We apologise for any inconvenience, and have our techies working hard fixing things right now. We wil post here once the system is up and running again. We will of course refund any new customers who have not been able to connect.
